2. Hosting (Vercel)
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit, Vercel processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type, referrer) in server logs. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in secure and performant operation.
Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and we have a data processing agreement including EU Standard Contractual Clauses in place. Form submissions are processed in the Frankfurt region (fra1).
3. Cookies and analytics
This website sets no tracking cookies and no cookies that require consent. No advertising or social media pixels are loaded.
For audience measurement we use Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not build personal profiles. IP addresses are not stored. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
4. Fonts
Fonts are served from our own origin. No connection to Google Fonts or other third parties is made.
5. Contact and audit forms
When you submit the contact form or the potential analysis form, we process the data you enter (name, email, company, phone, details about your Amazon account, message) to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Form data is delivered via Resend (Resend Inc., USA) under a data processing agreement with EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare Inc.) may be used for spam protection; it works without cookies.
Your data is deleted once your request has been handled and no statutory retention duties apply, at the latest 24 months after the last contact without a business relationship.
6. External links and messaging services
Links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn and booking tools lead to the respective provider's website. Data is transferred to the provider only when you click such a link. The provider's privacy policy applies.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Contact us at the address above.
